1. An Abstract Number was assigned when your presentation was selected. Please ensure that you use the correct abstract number for your presentation.
2. Title of the presentation as it appears in the uploaded file. The title may differ from the Abstract Title.
3. Principal author is defined as the first name whch appears in the uploaded file. Please do not use prefixes (Mr., Ms., Dr., etc.)
4. Email address of the person submitting the presentation. This may not be the principal author. If there are any questions about this submittal, we will contact this email address.
5. a. Only files with a ppt, pptx, or pdf file extension (MS Powerpoint© or Adobe Acrobat©) will be accepted.
    b. File name should be the abstract number followed by up to the first five letters of principal author's last name followed by a capital P. If the file name is incorrectly named, it will be renamed by the upload utility. (Do not use spaces in the file name).
    c. Files will be limited to 20MB.  If your file is larger than 20 MB, or you have any problems with this form, or you do not want to use this form to submit your presentation, please consult the Author's Instructions for other presentation submittal options.
6. The abstract should be the first section of your presentation. Please 'cut-and-paste' it here in text format.
7. Please remember to submit the IEEE copyright form as directed in the author's instructions. IEEE requires this before they can publish your presentation.
IEEE reserves the right to exclude a presentation from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the presentation is not presented at the conference.
